We store candidate and client data securely in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Our CRM/ATS provider acts as a Data Processor on our behalf. This means they process data only in line with our instructions and for recruitment-related purposes.
Data may be stored on secure servers located in the UK, EEA, or outside the UK.
Where data is transferred internationally (e.g., to countries outside the UK), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Vincere to ensure your data is handled lawfully and securely.

Clients (potential employers) when presenting you for vacancies.
Third-party service providers, including our CRM/ATS provider, background check providers, payroll processors, and IT/cloud hosting services.
