When working with candidates and clients, we will:

Advertise roles in a non-discriminatory way.
Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and suitability, not on protected characteristics.

Ensure clients are aware of their obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

 

6. Diversity & inclusion

9. Breach of policy

Any breach of this policy by employees or representatives may result in disciplinary action. Breaches by clients may result in termination of services.
