Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Northampton
Base salary up to £28,000 (DOE) + Company car or allowance + Guaranteed bonus
OTE £40,000 – £60,000+ per year | Uncapped commission

What you’ll be doing
- Building genuine rapport with clients across phone, email, video and face‑to‑face channels
- Balancing priorities while keeping service standards high
- Developing lasting relationships with vendors, buyers, developers and introducers
- Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities
- Driving performance against KPI’s while nurturing existing client relationships
- Growing and maintaining your own client bank and pipeline
- Collaborating with admin, compliance, training and estate agency teams to deliver a seamless client journey
What we’re looking for
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Estate Agency FS Experience is desirable
- Energy, drive and professionalism
- Full UK Driving Licence
