Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Hertfordshire
Base Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
OTE: £60,000+ realistic first year

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice across residential and insurance products
- Handle high volumes of warm leads from introducers, intermediaries, and client bank sources
- Build lasting relationships with introducers and clients
- Manage applications from enquiry to completion with admin/compliance support
- Ensure accurate case notes and full regulatory compliance
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and occasional face‑to‑face meetings
- Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and ongoing relationship building
Candidate Profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a mortgage brokerage environment
- Confident advising across the full mortgage life cycle
- Strong knowledge of lenders, criteria, and protection
- Excellent communication skills (phone & messaging)
- Comfortable managing volume and introducer relationships
- Energetic, proactive, and growth‑driven
- Collaborative and adaptable, thrives in a scaling, social team
