You’ll collaborate closely with the existing team and introducers, gaining exposure to a diverse client base including offshore investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, and estate agents. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the existing team and introducers to build strong client relationships
- Support senior brokers while developing your own pipeline of business
- Generate new opportunities through introducers and intermediaries
- Deliver exceptional client care from first contact to completion
- Work closely with compliance and admin teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Candidate Requirements
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent or working towards completion) – essential
- Understanding of mortgage services and protection products
- Professional presentation, strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Drive, energy and ambition to build a long‑term career in mortgage advising
