An established brokerage is expanding its operations team and is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support advisers across the business. You’ll play a key role in progressing cases efficiently from application through to completion, ensuring an exceptional client journey. Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage and specialist finance applications from submission to completion
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients to keep cases moving
- Prepare and check documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support advisers with case packaging, document gathering and pipeline updates
- Maintain organised case notes and update CRM systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and proactive communication
- Assist across Residential, Bridging, BTL and Commercial cases
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in mortgage administration, case management, mortgage processing or packaging is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases
- Clear communication skills and a professional, client‑focused approach
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, supportive team
