Are you an experienced Mortgage Services Operations Manager looking to shape the operational future of a growing London-based mortgage business?
We are proud to partner with a well-established, London-based Mortgage services firm. As part of their strategic growth, they’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise their operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day Mortgage Operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and systems optimisation
- Ensure FCA compliance and robust internal controls across regulated financial services
- Collaborate with compliance, sales, and leadership teams to align operations with business goals
- Manage onboarding, recruitment, and people development initiatives
- Oversee training, learning and development across operational teams
- Lead operational reporting, systems upgrades, and project delivery
- Support the scaling mortgage services operations.
About You
- You’ve led Mortgage Operations within an independent brokerage or specialist finance environment and are ready to step into a broader, more strategic role.
- Proven experience in Mortgage Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks
- Track record in an Operations Manager or Operational Oversight role
- Confident working alongside Directors and senior leadership
- Skilled in CRM systems, workflow tools, and operational reporting
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
- Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach to people, process, and performance
