Mortgage Broker
Turkish Speaking | London/Hybrid | Up to £45,000 Basic | £80k+ OTE

The Opportunity
Join a respected London brokerage advising HNW domestic and international clients, including a strong pipeline of Turkish investors purchasing UK and international property. If you’re fluent in Turkish and experienced in UK mortgage advice, this role offers exposure to prime London transactions, complex income structures, and international travel opportunities linked to client relationships and overseas partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulated mortgage advice to UK and international clients
- Support Turkish‑speaking clients purchasing UK property
- Advise on residential, buy to let, and complex mortgage cases
- Manage high‑value and prime London transactions
- Build long‑term relationships with HNW investors, developers and introducers
- Handle the full mortgage process from enquiry to completion
- Ensure full FCA compliance and accurate case management
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, wealth partners, and internal teams
- Participate in occasional international travel to meet clients and introducers
Person & Experience Required
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker/Mortgage Adviser in the UK
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Experience with international clients or overseas income beneficial
- Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulation and lender criteria
- Confident advising HNW or complex clients
- Professional, relationship‑focused, and commercially aware
