The Opportunity
The business is expanding its self‑employed adviser network across the Northeast and is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Broker to cover the Newcastle region. You’ll receive a steady stream of warm enquiries, supported by long‑standing corporate partnerships, while retaining the flexibility and earning potential of self‑employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of warm, pre‑qualified mortgage enquiries
- Providing whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Managing your own diary, workflow and client communications
- Growing repeat and referral business through service and trust
What You’ll Bring
- CeMAP (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience delivering regulated mortgage advice
- A client‑focused approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
- A proactive, commercial mindset suited to self‑employment
