Mortgage Administrator
Location: London (Hybrid)
Up to £32,000 + Benefits + Discretionary bonus

What you’ll do
- Progress mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Keep clients and advisers updated at key stages
- Chase lenders, valuers and solicitors to maintain momentum
- Upload documents and maintain accurate CRM records
- Complete AML and Smart Search checks
- Flag missing documents or Consumer Duty concerns
- Support invoicing and ensure fees align with agreements
What you’ll bring
- Experience in mortgage and/or protection administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication with clients and lenders
- Ability to work at pace and manage a busy pipeline
- A proactive, collaborative approach and calmness under pressure
