Self Employed | London | High‑Quality Leads | £60k+ OTE (Uncapped)

Join a genuinely people‑centred, relationship‑driven mortgage brokerage as their first dedicated Protection Adviser. This is a business built on trust, warmth and long‑term relationships, not hard sales or internal competition. You’ll receive steady cross‑referrals from top‑performing, highly personable Mortgage Brokers and have the freedom to shape and grow the protection offering as the business continues its organic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all protection referrals across the mortgage advisory teams.
- Provide compliant, client‑focused advice across life insurance, critical illness, income protection and family protection
- Conduct detailed protection fact finds and needs analysis
- Recommend suitable protection solutions in line with FCA regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance requirements
- Help shape and grow the protection offering as the first adviser in the business
Person & Experience Required
- Experienced Protection Adviser with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness, income protection and wider protection products
- Confident managing referrals from multiple Mortgage Advisers.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Consultative, client‑first approach
- Self‑motivated and comfortable within a self‑employed structure
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification advantageous
