Second Charge Mortgage Broker

Fully Remote | £35k Basic | OTE £60k+ | Inbound Leads

Do you enjoy front-end client conversations, structuring secured lending solutions and guiding clients through often complex second-charge scenarios with consistent inbound enquiries and real support behind you?

What You’ll be doing

  • Managing a steady flow of warm, inbound second-charge enquiries (no cold calling)
  • Leading front-end client conversations, building trust from the first call
  • Completing full second-charge fact-finds, including affordability, credit profile, capital-raising objectives, debt consolidation needs
  • Structuring second-charge secured loan solutions across a range of scenarios, including complex income and adverse credit
  • Packaging cases to a high standard, producing lender-ready documentation
  • Working closely with case managers and lenders to progress applications efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Second Charge Mortgage Broker / Secured Loans Adviser
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Confident handling sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Proven ability to convert second-charge leads into completions
  • CeMAP preferred (not essential)
